The VGVN mission is to support the expansion of assets and capabilities of Afghan women to participate in, negotiate with, influence, control and hold accountable institutions that affect their lives. VGVN contributes in the development of an active and thriving civil society in Afghanistan were women and men have equal rights and access to resources through provision of training/capacity building, psychosocial support services, income generation, awareness raising, peace building, networking, and advocacy services.
